The Senior Focus Program at Graham Regional Medical Center provides a solid foundation for senior adults to stand on while facing life’s challenges and the ever changing aging process. These issues can become roadblocks to living a full and satisfying life. Senior Focus is an outpatient program that assists senior adults who may be experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health issues such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Anger
  • Grief and Loss (unresolved)
  • Isolation and Loneness
  • Life Role Transition
  • Adjustment or Loss of Independence
  • Low Self-Esteem

The Senior Focus staff works with individuals ages 50 and older to develop a plan of assistance that provides:

  • Goal Setting and Monitoring
  • Group Sessions for Therapeutic Needs
  •  Individual Sessions for Therapeutic Needs

  • Assistance with Practical and Safety Needs
  • Coordination with Primary Care Physicians
  • Medication Management
  • Lunch
  • Transportation Available, if needed

Senior Focus accepts self-referrals and referrals from physicians, mental health providers, clergy, family members, and others who care about you.
