The Graham Regional Medical Center OB Department would be delighted to share a joyous occasion with you and your family on the delivery of your baby.

If your delivery requires anesthesia, board certified nurse anesthetists provide 24-hour anesthesiology service. Each member of the service is trained to administer anesthesia for all types of deliveries and gynecological surgeries.

Graham Regionalís nursing staff is skillfully trained in the specialized field of obstetrics. You'll feel safe knowing they are with you every step of the way through the birth of your child.

Our labor-delivery-recovery (LDR) rooms are designed to provide a pleasant and comfortable environment where you and your family can share this miraculous event together. Room monitors allow continuous observation of you baby's heartbeat, your contractions and the progress of your delivery.

After your baby's arrival you will transfer to a private room. If you prefer to keep your baby with you, rooming-in is encouraged.

Dr. James E. Cawley, the area's leading OB/Gyn physician will direct your care during your hospital visit. Dr. Cawley's primary purpose is to provide his patients with the highest quality OB/Gyn care in pleasant surroundings with courtesy and understanding. Dr. Cawley is board certified as an obstetrician and gynecologist.
