The Physical Therapy Department provides a wide range of treatment services including: therapeutic exercise, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, hydrotherapy, aquatic therapy and wound care. We treat patients with various orthopedic and neurological problems, hip & knee replacement, post-fractures, arthoscopic surgeries, ligament and tendon injuries and knee reconstructions. We also see patients with neck and back pain and a variety of sports injuries, heel spurs and plantar fasciitis, bursitis, tendonitis and many other orthopedic and musculoskeletal problems. We treat wounds, including diabetic ulcers, stasis ulcers and burn injuries. Other Therapies We also provide Swing-bed and In-Patient services in the hospital. Occupational Therapy is also available, along with Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, providing a full range of rehabilitation services. Staff The Physical Therapy Staff consists of three Licensed Physical Therapists, three Physical Therapy Technicians and a Receptionist. Dean Hufstedler, PT, is the Director of Physical Therapy. Staff therapists are Lori Hufstedler, PT,MPT, and Aaron Walker, PT,DPT Location Out-Patient services are provided at Graham Regional Medical Center Fitness and Rehabilitation located at 815 Montgomery Road. Contact The Physical Therapy Department sees patients with Physician referral and by appointment. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
