Hospice is a special kind of care for terminally ill patients and their families. We treat not just the physical needs of the patient, but his or her emotional and spiritual needs as well. We offer Physician services, Counseling, Home Health Aides, Nursing Care, Short-term respite care, Bereavement support, medical supplies and medicine for pain relief and symptom control. Services & supplies are covered through Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance but Graham Regional Hospice services are available to all persons regardless of their ability to pay. Hospice care is available to any resident of Graham as well as persons living in Young, Jack, Palo Pinto, Stephens, and Throckmorton counties. VOLUNTEERS  Volunteers are an important part of the Hospice team.
