Graham/Young County EMS

A hospital based, 9-1-1 Provider
Graham EMS is a hospital based, 9-1-1 Provider of Medical Treatment and Transportation in and around Graham and Young County. We are licensed as a Mobile Intensive Care Unit provider and staff one ambulance, 24/7. We also staff one ambulance, as needed, for occasional transfers to facilities outside of Graham and Young County. We have one additional ambulance in reserve.

Staffing includes 7 full-time paramedics, 1 full-time EMT-Intermediate, 7 temporary paramedics, 3 temporary EMT-Intermediates, and 3 EMT-Basic level personnel.

Employees offer CPR and First Aid training to the general public on their off days. Scheduled classes may be found on the EMS Calendar, or contact the duty personnel at: (940)521-5242 during normal business hours.

EMS ride outs may be scheduled from 8:00 AM (shift change) to 10:00 PM.

EMS

ER Clinical time should be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Emergency Room

Operating Room observation should be scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Schedules are subject to change based on scheduled cases. Please call ahead to verify your case is still planned.

OB Clinical time should be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call the OB department directly at (940) 521-5484 to schedule observation time and verify schedules.
