Emergency

The Emergency Department provides emergency medical care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Patients may have varying acuity levels from minor medical ailments to multiple-trauma injuries. Each facility emergency department is assigned a rating that describes which types of patients that may be treated in-house and which patients must be transferred for a higher level of care.

Graham Regional’s emergency department is a Level IV Trauma facility.
